What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer the following sizes:

48×48 — 38 × 38 cm
48×96 — 38 × 76 cm
48×144 — 38 × 114 cm
96×96 — 76 × 76 cm

Multi-panel sets are available in landscape and portrait layouts.

Are frames included?

Yes. Every PixelPortrait comes with a sturdy black frame included — no need to purchase separately.

Do you supply hanging hardware?

No. Hanging hardware is not included. You may mount the portraits using your preferred method.

Can I include multiple faces in one portrait?

Yes. You can include as many faces as you’d like, as long as you are happy with how the pixelised preview looks. Larger sizes give better clarity for multiple subjects.

What is included in the kit?

A complete set with base plates, bricks sorted by color, a brick separator, a digital build guide, and a black frame.

How do I choose a good photo?

Use a clear, well-lit photo with the subject centered. Avoid heavy filters and motion blur. The higher the photo resolution, the higher the quality of the pixelised result. Close-ups of faces or pets work best.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do and it'll be free!

Can I preview the pixelised result?

Yes. After uploading, you will see a preview. If you need tweaks, contact us with your order number and we will help.

What if bricks are missing?

If your kit arrives with missing pieces, please write in to pixelportraitlab@gmail.com with your order number, on you can fill up the form in the Contact page. We will send replacements.

What is your return policy?

Custom products are made to order. We replace items that arrive damaged or with missing pieces. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
